The Attitude Towards Work

How do you react to a problem, a situation or a work comes your way? People react three different ways to a work, situation or problem that comes their way;

TYPE ONE IS CALLED, “THE ESCAPIST”

The people with “Escapist” attitude immediately start thinking the ways to avoid the situation, work or problem headed their way. Their subconscious mind first search for the options and alternatives to walk away or walk aside from the work, situation or problem. They will only take it forward themselves unless they have to.

“These people can prove to be very important critics in the process of policy formulation or decision making as they will put all possible arguments against the necessity and implementation of policy. Their arguments shall be entertained by decision or policy maker very sincerely. This eventually reduces the possibility of any policy or decision going unproductive all reasons of not doing it would have been addressed.”

TYPE TWO IS CALLED “THE SEEKER”

Moment a work, situation or problem comes “Seekers” way, they immediately start looking for help and support here and there. Their subconscious mind doesn’t think about the solution, rather it thinks about other possible helpful resources at first place. These people are very low in self-confidence. They don’t believe that they can finish any work independently by themselves.

TYPE THREE IS CALLED “THE DOER”

These people start working on it, immediately moment a problem, situation or work comes their way. These people are high in self-confidence and their believe in themselves is very high. They possess highest strength amongst all three categories. Alternatives and help comes their way eventually and they make full use of it. It is also said that “God Helps Them Who Help Themselves”.
