The Professional Journey 

I possess over 19 years of experience in academics and research. Throughout my career, I have worked in Delhi - NCR with Institutions that are AICTE Approved and accredited differently by Indian and International accreditation bodies e.g., NAAC, NBA, SAQS, AACSB Member, AIU.  

Started my career in 2003 as senior lecturer at Mewar Institute of Management and taught mathematics related subjects in BBA, BCA and MCA. In 2004, I moved to IMS Noida as a senior lecturer and started looking at administrative and research responsibility at early stage of my career. I have been designated as coordinator of IMS School of Professional Education, Coordinator of Sports and Cultural Club and Editor to IMS Manthan - a research journal of IMS Noida. I was also taking statistics and operations subjects in PGDM and MBA. I left IMS Noida in 2008 as Senior Lecturer and Joined ACCAMN Institute of Management as Associate Professor, Chief-Class-Coordinator, Head of Cultural Club and Editor to GYANPRATHA - ACCMAN Research Journal. I laid the foundation of GYANPRATHA. I was also taking care of other publications such as Retail Trolley - A Newsletter for Retail Management. I have organized two National Level Conferences and various events at ACCMAN Institute of Management. I left ACCMAN Institute of Management in 2014 and joined Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS) Sector - 5, Rohini, New Delhi as Associate Professor and Coordinator of Cultural Club. I have been elevated to the position of Dean - PGDM International Business soon at the institute. I lead the programme towards progress and produced highly progressive results during my tenure. At JIMS, I laid the foundation of prestigious FPM Porgramme as well. I have contributed heavily towards research and consulting during my stay at JIMS. I have been awarded with best teacher award at JIMS for my contribution. In order to break the stagnancy, I moved to Lloyd Business School as Director in the year 2019. I lead Lloyd Business School for two years during the time of pandemic. The programmes Lloyd Business School offering were BBA, MBA and PGDM. I laid the foundation of PGD - DSL pogramme in collaboration with Logistics Sector and Skill Council of India and Lloyd Business Review - A Research Journal. During my short stay of two years Lloyd Business School has witnessed the progress as never before. I moved to Fortune Institute of International Business in 2021 as Dy. Director and it was my shortest stay in an organization of one year. I lead eight departments directly at FIIB and produced wonderful results in all of them. I have joined back Jagan Institute of Management Studies, (JIMS) Sector - 5, Rohini again in 2022 and working as a Professor and Dean - Professional Outreach till date. 

I contributed heavily to research, teaching and administration throughout my career and committed to maintain the same balance in lifetime. In addition, I have played instrumental role in accreditation of the Institute at all levels i.e., at team member level and at leadership role.
