I have lead the management programmes at all levels in the past with outstanding results by ensuring stakeholder's satisfaction at the core. My idea of academic administration is driven by participative leadership style. I always believed in the culture of motivation and positivity.
Teaching
I have been and I am a teacher with excellent student and colleagues feedback throughout my career. I have implemented latest tools and techniques of teaching during my assignments. I have also enhanced my portfolio of teaching by adding new dimension in the form of teaching inter-disciplinary subjects such as marketing analytics.
Research
I am a researcher from the core of my heart. I am keen to explore new dimensions of research and working in direction of modern day research. I have remained focused on pure research in my career with certain addition of applied research. I am working on new projects that will be presenting a blend of theoretical and applied research.
